Phillips and SonThe Bryant-Phillips’ story began in 1991 when Evan Bryant and Wes Phillips met while working as independent contractors doing remodeling and restoration work. After working together for over a year, the two men formed Bryant-Phillips Associates on June 15, 1992. In July 2000, Evan Bryant sold his corporate interests to Wes Phillips, who now owns 100% of the company. In August 2005, Phillips' son Eric joined the company to assist in growing the Bath and Kitchen division (DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen). Over the past 15 years, the company has successfully focused on providing top quality residential and commercial remodeling, restoration and renovation.

The key to the successful execution and delivery of our clients projects funnels down to our boutique and relationship based approach to design and construction as well as a core Code of Values that all employees are held accountable to.These core values continue to drive and motivate every Bryant-Phillips’ employee to provide honest and purposeful communication, to operate in a responsible manner, to treat others with respect, and to make every effort to understand and appreciate our customers’ needs in every situation.

In following these core values, Bryant-Phillips has become one of the top remodeling companies in the Triangle, won numerous local and national awards and more importantly, developed a long list of satisfied clients. Our Team

G. WESLEY PHILLIPS - President, CEO. Business Administration, University of Detroit. Over 35 years in commercial and residential construction with the past 23 years in the restoration and remodeling of resort, residential and commercial properties and 16 years specializing in remodeling and restoration..

P. MAX CHRISTENBURY - Sr. Vice President. BS/MA Appalachian State University.
Taught at NC State University for 5 years and has spent the past 19 years in marketing and sales in the construction industry. He has been with Bryant-Phillips for 14 years.

ERIC PHILLIPS – Sr. Vice President, Administration; Vice President, General Manager, DreamMaker of the Triangle. BA Cal State University, Fullerton. For over ten years he was project manager, proposal manager, and project principal for major M&IS projects. He effectively demonstrated business development and project management skills that created positive growth for his previous employer and has been instrumental in the growth of the DreamMaker Division.

SEAN WILKINSON - Vice President, Bryant-Phillips Restoration, Electrical Engineering, NC State University. Worked 5 years in electrical contracting and the past 13 years with Bryant-Phillips as a Branch Manager and Sr. Project Manager.

SHAWN OERTLING – Director of Marketing. BSBM Huntington University. Most recently worked in equipment sales and marketing for a national dental equipment firm. Previously worked e-commerce sales and marketing. Has assumed the responsibility for marketing Bryant-Phillips and DreamMaker.

WENDY ZEI – Financial Manager. Associates degree in Computer Technology & Data Processing, Harper College. Past 12 years in various accounting and administrative positions for medium and large companies. Joined the Bryant-Phillips staff in 2004 as bookkeeper and has since earned the position of Financial Manager for Bryant-Phillips and DreamMaker.


SUZANNE TERCERO - Office Manager.  Associates Degree in Business.  Previously employeed as a Trainer/Analyst, Print Quality Coordinator and Production Manager; 28 years with the Los Angeles Times.


MIKE PALMER – Sr. Project Manager. BS University of Michigan, Dearborn. He has been in the construction industry for the past 17 years and has been with Bryant-Phillips for over 11 years as a Project Manager and now as Sr. Project Manager.

JORDAN YELVERTON – Project Manager. BS, Housing and Consumer Economics, University of Georgia. Certified in International Building code and has worked as a Project Manager for a major builder in the Savannah area prior to joining the Bryant-Phillips team.

ROSEMARY ABELL – Sales Manager. BS Rhode Island College. Was Vice President of Patient Services of a small hospital before pursuing a career in computer management and healthcare sales. After a successful career in healthcare sales she joined the DreamMaker family as Sales Manager.

TONY PIRRERA – Customer Relations Manager. US Air Force NCO Academy. Joined Bryant-Phillips in 2001 after 13 years as a Human Resources manager responsible for personnel, safety and training for a major corporation. He has been instrumental in establishing a customer service department and works closely with our project management team and the customer to help ensure the success of the projects.


BRAD LOVELESS - Warehouse Technician.  Relocated to Raleigh in 2005 from Wolcott, upstate New York.  In New York, he was employed for 20 years as a Group Leader at a large Teflon machining manufacturer.
